| :: How do I register for IWI? |
| |
Register online anytime or over the phone (817-354-0690) Monday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm Central Time, with a credit card.
You may also print the registration form on the “Mail or Fax Registration Form” link and mail it with a check to:

A $69 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. Balances may be paid at any time. |
| :: What are the prices? |

▪ If registering before April 17: $299/person: $499/married couple
▪ If registering before June 12: $329/person: $549/married couple
▪ If registering on or after June 12: $349/person, $599/married couple
▪ ALL registrants must provide their own accommodations, meals and transportation |
| :: What is included in the cost of registration? |
| |
Registration fees cover your cost for the conference, workshops, general sessions, access to the exhibit hall and invaluable networking opportunities. Travel, lodging and meals are all at your own expense. |
| :: Are there registration discounts? |
| |
3 discounts are available. Only one applies per registrant:
▪ WORSHIP TEAM DISCOUNT: 20% if you bring 10 or more paid registrants from your church
▪ ALUMNI DISCOUNT: 20% to those who have attended a previous IWI in Dallas, TX
▪ FAMILY DISCOUNT: Children/Teens UNDER 21 are free with registered parent.
All ages must register. Ages 13 and over coming without parent will pay full price. |
| :: What are the payment options? |
| |
You may pay in full at the time of registration, or you may pay a deposit of $69 per person, non-refundable and non-transferable, to hold the current rate. You may also set up to make automated payments of $50-$75/month until the balance is paid. |
| :: When/how do I pay my balance? |
| |
Paying your balance in full before arriving at the Institute expedites the registration process. Payments sent towards your balance must be RECEIVED in our office no later than June 20. After this date your balance will need to be paid when you arrive to register at the IWI.
There are 3 ways to make your payment:

2. Make your payment online at worshipintitute.com/iwi2008
3. Call us at 817-354-0690 with credit card and pertinent information.

The IWI 2008 will be held at Hyatt Regency Hotel inside the DFW airport complex, across from Terminal C.If you are driving, you may get directions to the hotel at website: www.DFWAirport.Hyatt.com or phone: 972-453-1234. Make your reservation soon as rooms will be limited.

Our special rate is $88 plus tax per room per night (up to 4 people per room). Call the hotel at 972-453-1234 or register online at dfwairport.hyatt.com/groupbooking/dfwapwors2008.

| :: What about food? |
| |
In addition to the hotel restaurants, the Hyatt will also provide IWI registrants a daily buffet with low cost meals to purchase.

| :: What does it cost to park at the hotel? |
| |
Parking at the hotel is free for IWI registrants. For those staying off-site, parking tickets can be validated by the hotel bell-staff.

| :: Where do I register when I arrive at IWI? |
| |
IWI Registration will begin Monday, June 30 at 2:00 pm in the lower lobby outside the Ballroom. There will be signs to direct you to relevant areas according to your payment balance: “Paid in Full” and “Payment Due.” Master Clinic registrations will begin one hour prior to the start of the Clinic. For the IWI Audio Institute, please meet Vic Thomas in the Enterprise Ballroom at 6:00 PM, Saturday, June 28.

| :: Will I receive a written confirmation of my registration? |

Beginning in April, a confirmation form reflecting your total IWI registration, deposit paid, and the balance due will sent to your e-address if one has been provided, or mailed to your home address. Please review your information for accuracy. To make any corrections please call or email us at office@worshipinstitute.com.

| :: Can we bring our small children? |
| |
IWI does not provide child care, nor are there classes specifically for children. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult in all sessions. If you do have an infant or toddler with you, please be courteous to the folks around you and remove them from sessions if they become disruptive. |
| :: What if I must cancel after I have paid? |
| |
If you are unable to attend, please notify the IWI in writing as soon as possible. The $69 per person deposit and a $15 Master Class fee are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you have paid in full, you will be refunded your payment (minus the deposits) in the same way it was paid.
No refunds will be given after July 31st, 2008. |
